Last Summer (2004), my good buddy, Barry Brady and I hiked to the top of Mt. Washington.


It's the mountain that is in the background of "Jamison Creek", a painting I did in the Spring of that year.

The view looking East was inspiring and I wanted to challenge myself with a large piece with a lot of atmospheric perspective. The shot I took from the top seemed the perfect candidate. Following is the documentation of the creation of the painting,
